Refund policy

Due to the custom, built to order, nature of our goods all sales are final.

If in the unlikely event of a defect or crafting failure the buyer will return, at their cost, the item to us. We will repair it and return it free of charge.

If upon inspection it isn't possible to repair or the repair doesn't meet our high standards we will offer a complete refund or exchange.
